Role Overview
We are looking for a Training Coordinator who will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing training programs and workshops. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, people-friendly, and passionate about learning & development.
You’ll be the backbone of our training operations—ensuring smooth coordination between trainers, clients, participants, and internal teams.
Location : Trivandrum
Key Responsibilities
Training Operations & Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate corporate and open training programs
- Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and clients for session requirements
- Ensure all logistics (venue, materials, attendance, feedback) are managed smoothly
- Maintain training calendars and session trackers
Client & Participant Management
- Communicate with corporate clients regarding training schedules and deliverables
- Handle participant registrations, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Collect and consolidate training feedback and reports
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare training proposals, schedules, and basic reports
- Maintain databases of trainers, clients, and participants
- Support post-training documentation and evaluation summaries
Marketing & Support (Bonus Skill)
- Assist in promoting training programs through social media or WhatsApp campaigns
- Support webinars, masterclasses, and career-focused events
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field
Skills
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of training & L&D processes
- People-friendly attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
Good to Have
- Experience in training coordination, HR, L&D, or event management
- Exposure to corporate training or coaching environments
- Social media or content coordination experience
