Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our client base and partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This is a key role for driving company growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the corporate, educational, and startup sectors
- Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, social media, and networking
- Present and pitch Winst HR Solutions’ services including corporate training, career coaching, and consulting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver customised proposals and quotations based on client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management (experience in HR or training sector is a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Understanding of HR services and corporate training is beneficial but not mandatory
