Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative HR & Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, content creation, social media marketing, and business development activities. Ideal for fresh graduates or students passionate about HR, branding, and learning how a dynamic consultancy works from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR tasks like recruitment coordination, database management, and candidate communication
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Create and schedule engaging content, posters, and stories for social media
• Conduct basic research on market trends and competitor activities
• Help organise and promote workshops, webinars, and masterclasses
• Coordinate with trainers, clients, and internal teams for smooth project delivery
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for branding and outreach

Qualifications

• Graduate or current student (any stream; preference for HR, Marketing, or related fields)
• Strong interest in HR, social media, and branding
• Basic skills in Canva, MS Office, or similar tools (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode from Trivandrum
