Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to manage, organize, and coordinate training programs within our organization. The role involves assessing training needs, preparing training materials, scheduling sessions, liaising with trainers and participants, and ensuring smooth execution of all learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee training programs, workshops, and seminars (both online and offline).

  • Identify training needs through surveys, feedback, and collaboration with managers.
  • Develop and maintain training calendars, schedules, and attendance records.
  • Liaise with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Prepare training materials, handouts, and evaluation forms.
  • Track and report on training outcomes, feedback, and effectiveness.
  • Maintain training databases and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Support new hire onboarding and induction programs.
  • Manage logistics such as venue setup, equipment, and learning resources.
  • Continuously improve training processes based on participant feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for employee development and learning.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Certification in Training & Development / Learning & Development.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles.
